Thinking In Meals

We loved hearing from a reader today. Here's what she said: "The biggest thing your book has done for me is that I'm now "thinking in meals" instead of just random ingredients. When I grab something in the grocery store I'm making a menu for the week in my head and it helps me decide what to buy. Now that I've got some base ideas, it's changed the way I think about food." She also sent us this picture of fresh pasta, tomato sauce (both from a local pasta shop in her neighborhood) and artichoke hearts that she cooked in olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper before adding the pasta and sauce. Sounds easy, looks great!
