We love it when one of our college readers writes in. This one made a gorgeous cous cous bowl with a rice cooker and very few ingredients on a cold Sunday night. Here's what she said: "Toast cous cous in olive oil in the rice cooker for 3 minutes, stir and wait another 3 minutes. Add water and cook until fluffy. Add golden raisins, dried cranberries and pine nuts. If you have some spinach you can wilt it in at the last minute."
