If you find yourself with a day at home, make a few essentials at once. It'll make your week. Here's a brand new "trio template" for fall--roasted butternut squash and parsnip soup, hearty marinara sauce and homemade almond butter. The mainstays of a few dinners, a couple of lunches and some power snacks. All it took was two pots, a blender and some concurrent cooking. You can do a lot with these three at the ready!

Pumpkin seeds, avocado and sriracha on top. Done!
Spinach and rigatoni are the perfect partners for that sauce.
A bit of brown bread and some sliced apple.
