We're not sure where this idea that one must pay to have fruit or vegetables or some kind of protein blended and put in a drinking receptacle came from, but we're here to challenge that. You don't have to go out for a delicious, nutritious smoothie. There are so many ways to make one. Just learn the quirks of your blender (often starting with liquid in the bottom is the ticket) and figure out what you want to do. Depicted above is 1/2 cup of oat milk, 1 frozen banana, 2 Tbsp of almond butter, 1 Tbsp of cocoa powder and a dash of cinnamon.
