The holiday season is upon us and that means leftovers. Here's what you can do with turkey: Make an easy cream sauce by warming leftover turkey with butter, adding some broth and chopped parsley. Turn off heat. Slowly pour in cream or half and half while stirring. Pour over your favorite al dente pasta in an oven-proof dish, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top, bake for 15 minutes at 350.
Want a vegetarian option? Take that stuffing (ours was vegan) and top it with some poached eggs. That's a meal right there. A good one!
